Welcome to this month’s edition.
When we first set out to fully green-certify all 12 of our properties, we knew it
wouldn't be an easy ride. Yet, looking around our vibrant commercial offices
today, that ambitious vision is a living reality. Every brick and solar panel stands
as a testament to what happens when you refuse to take the easy way out.
But a green building is just an empty shell without the soul inside it. That is where
you, our incredible tenants, come in. You didn’t just politely nod at our
sustainability goals; you stepped up and met us halfway, weaving green
practices into the very fabric of your daily office lives.
This isn't just our success story. It’s a collective chapter we are writing together.
That shared momentum is the perfect launchpad for our ESG Month. We view ESG
goals not as a defensive corporate shield, but as the literal architecture of our
future growth. This month isn't about maintaining the status quo; it’s about
stepping outside our comfort zones, learning from industry leaders, and asking a
vital question: How do we raise the bar from here?
We aren’t interested in just doing quiet good behind the scenes; we want to
actively build a community that is healthier, safer, and more resilient for everyone
who walks through our doors.

Discover the New Restroom Features at Menara IGB
Guess What? We’ve Added Seat Sanitizers Too!
The restroom facilities at Menara IGB have been upgraded! To enhance personal
hygiene and sustainability, we have replaced handheld bidet sprays with an
integrated Manual WC Autowash System and installed Toilet Seat Sanitizer stations.
Total hygiene is now at your fingertips! Simply dispense a small amount onto toilet
paper, wipe the seat, and you’re set. It’s the fastest way to stay fresh while using fewer
resources.

To better serve our vibrant tenant community and streamline our daily operations,
the Building Management Office has officially moved. We have transitioned from our
old workspace into a completely reimagined suite within our beloved tower, and we
are excited to welcome you to our new address:
Following our team's relocation, our former home on Level 8 will undergo renovation
works as part of our planned asset enhancement initiative to support the building’s
ongoing efforts in space optimization and modernization.
At the heart of what we do, tenant satisfaction and operational continuity remain our
top priorities, and we look forward to serving you from our new space.

& Visitor System at Hampshire Place Office

Your phone is now your access card at Hampshire Place Office! We have
launched a digital upgrade, introducing a brand-new QR Code Access System
and a smart, PDPA-compliant Visitor Registration System.
By transitioning to mobile QR codes, we are eliminating the daily friction of
manual entry. Whether you are heading in for an early meeting or stepping out for
lunch, building access is now instant, contactless, and right on your smartphone.
Under our new digital system, visitor information is kept entirely confidential and
compliant with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Real-time digital
tracking means better building control, keeping your team and your workplace
safer.
We are thrilled to bring this seamless, tech-forward upgrade to your everyday

We recently kicked off a series of highly informative talks and engaging panel
discussions across our hubs, focusing on the integration of sustainability and corporate
governance into modern business practices.
This video captures key insights from our esteemed speakers and partnering tenants,
all of whom are driving meaningful change in ESG. From technical discussions on digital
resilience and climate change inevitability to practical demonstrations of waste
segregation, circular economy furniture, and green building certifications—the energy
was electric and the insights invaluable.

Dr. Joseph Kong, Director of DME Solutions Sdn Bhd, explores a
unique angle on sustainability. While the pursuit of net-zero
goals is often driven by technology, this talk offers a different
perspective—how everyday design and lifestyle choices have
gradually shifted society away from the naturally low-carbon
living once common in traditional communities.

Our recent Green Workshops saw an incredible turnout, and the energy in the room
was absolutely buzzing! It was wonderful to see so many fresh faces rolling up their
sleeves and diving into hands-on upcycling and eco-DIY projects for the very first
time. The atmosphere was light, fun, and deeply engaging.

hands-on, mixing upcycled coffee grounds into a
luxurious, eco-friendly body scrub. True sustainable
self-care in the making.
Patience, creativity, and a little bit of soil. Watching
these beautiful terrariums come together layer by
layer was pure magic!

Waste-to-Worth
Here is a look at some of the items collected during the week's initiative. A big thank
you to all the tenants who supported the "Waste to Worth" drive, proving that
everyday sustainability is well within reach.
The collection bins were filled with a massive variety of items, including old paper
documents, cardboard boxes, various types of electronic waste (e-waste), and
miscellaneous unused goods that were otherwise taking up office space.
This initiative served as a fantastic reminder of how effortless recycling can be
when the right infrastructure is in place. More importantly, it ensured that
hazardous e-waste was safely routed away from landfills and directed to proper,
certified disposal facilities.

We extended our sustainable mission to the younger generation through a
impactful CSR collaboration with four incredible homes:

Alongside our amazing tenant volunteers, we had an absolute blast
conducting activities for the kids! We taught them about recycling through
fun DIY projects—like converting old plastic bottles into handmade plant pots.
This not only taught them the value of waste reduction but also gave them
the responsibility of nurturing and caring for their very own growing plant.

connection. We loved seeing our community
come together to mentor, laugh, and bond
with these incredible bright minds.

Big smiles and bigger hearts! The children loved
painting their DIY pots and are thrilled to become
proud "plant parents" to their new live plants.
Planting seeds of hope and sustainability. These
handmade pots are now home to new green life,
cared for by the kids themselves.
To wrap up our impactful month, we shifted focus to the human element of ESG with
our interactive Safety and Health Literacy initiatives. Instead of just reading about
safety rules, tenants experienced hands-on challenge stations:

walked away with a complimentary safety kit to keep themselves prepared at
home or on the go.
